Serbian Railways provide regular international and local transportation. Serbia has a very extensive network of railway lines, located on the corridor 10 , so it is connected to all major European cities. Directly from Belgrade can be reached from Vienna, Budapest , Zagreb , Thessaloniki , Instabul , Skopje , Munich , Timisoara.
The main railway station in Belgrade is located in 6 Nemanjina street , close to the main bus station. You can bought tickets at the railway station and the train, however the ticket that is bought on the train is more expensive (1 or 2 euros depending on type of train ) . International tickets can also be bought at the railway stations and travel agencies at the earliest two months before the date of expiry.
